It's exceptionally clean and brand-new with clean bathrooms. This property is in a particularly good location, really close to restaurant, and consulate. Ciudad Juarez Consulado district is worth your attention.

It was nice and exceptionally friendly hotel overall, everything was great, I would give it other than 5 stars. The breakfast was included. The location for Ciudad Juarez was great, so close to restaurant and ciudad Juarez and the consulate and other places.

My room included central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen television. And it was facing city.

Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

The location was great and prime, at a short distance from The Tumbleweed Interactive Space Museum. The service was amazing with parking on site. I spent 1 night and would want to stay there again.

Some guests have mentioned that the food at the hotel's restaurant is not impressive.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, with the housekeeping doing an excellent job keeping it spotless. The location was convenient, especially for our visit to the US Consulate. The security feature of using the room key in the elevator was reassuring. The staff were outstanding - from the friendly front desk to the helpful shuttle drivers and accommodating kitchen staff. They treated us like friends and went above and beyond to meet our needs, even providing English-speaking assistance for me as I don't speak Spanish. The shuttle service was prompt and convenient, and having a supermarket across the street was a bonus.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety and options to choose from.

Fairly clean hotel, services were superb and location was particularly good and prime to pull out from the entertainment center. The staff was incredibly nice and excellent all the time. Location: the property was adjacent to other cheaper eateries, the restaurant, and the new malls and restaurants. Ciudad Juarez Consulado district was worth exploring. I greatly enjoyed staying here, no complaints whatsoever...
